How Hair Color works

A character's hair color is determined by their ethnicity, which links them to a specific table of natural RGB color values, when a character's hair color is spun, there is a very high chance they will receive a natural hair color fitting their demographic. However, there is also a chance to receive a distinct hair color way outside of their demographic. All in-game hair colors and rarities: Common - Pure Black (45.5%), Dark Brown (27.5%) Uncommon - Light Brown (12.5%) Rare - Dark Blonde (5.2%), Light Blonde (3.1%) Epic - Crimson Red (2.0%), Deep Blue (1.5%) Legendary - Auburn (1.0%), Forest Green (1.0%), Royal Purple (0.5%), Teal (0.2%) Secret - Pastel Pink (0.0015%), Pure White (0.0005%)
